Ross Hinkle is the founder and managing partner of Handmade Capital, a single family office advisor currently managing the assets of Courtney and Carter Reum, founders of the M13 family of venture funds.
Previously, Ross was Co-Manager and CFO of Peak Street Management, the single family office of Elliott Bisnow, founder of Summit. Together with Elliott and Aaron Kwon, Ross also co-founded several Peak Street Funds, including Peak Street Capital and PSC Ventures: investment vehicles for independent investors, institutions and family offices to gain exposure to the highest performing fund managers in the blockchain ecosystem.
Prior to his tenure with Peak Street, Ross founded Liveset, a leading live-streaming concert platform of the early 2010's.
Ross currently serves on the board of myLaurel, an in-home healthcare services provider backed by Emerson Collective, Google Ventures and Deerfield Asset Management.
Ross began his career in finance, serving as a healthcare M&A analyst at Lehman Brothers before continuing his career as a private equity investor for several funds including Brown Brothers Harriman's 1818 Fund Group and Veronis Suhler Stevenson's family of media-focused buyout funds. Prior board roles with Advanstar Communications Inc., Access Intelligence, Southern Theatres, Cannella Response Television, Ascend Media, Sandow Media, and Summit Powder Mountain.
Ross lives in LA with his son Ari, where they enjoy surfing, skiing, hiking, playing and listening to music, reading and being curious about the world.
